Splash 2.0 can't decode X.265 Video (Nvidia Gtx 950)

Hey guys,
Splash 2.0 can only play HEVC files and for some mysterious reason, it cannot decode x265 files. I currently have the Asus Nvidia Gtx 950. I have really complained Mirillis team about this embarrassing situation, but all of my concerns have gone unanswered. Why put out a product that you do not care about? Many of the cheap alternatives like VLC and K-lite do this without breaking a sweat. Since 11/05/2016, these guys have not cared to update the program. I want a refund asap.
