Error Message!

Thu May 12, 2016 4:04 pm

I receive an error message "An internal error occure" when trying to start the Remote Action program on my computer.

This is a Win10 (latest update) laptop with 6gb ram nvidia gtx260. Windows sys was jsut freshly installed so not alot of anything has been installed.

Any Help?? Thanks!

Ditto-same problem. First time downloading Action Remote on Windows 10 and I get the internal error message on launch. Standard Action! app runs fine.

It looks like you are missing some system libraries. Please download missing DirectX libraries from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downloa ... px?id=8109
(DirectX End-User Runtimes (June 2010). Then download and unzip files from here: http://mirillis.com/files/dx_redist.zip to Remote Action folder. Please let me know if your issue still occurs.

Thank you! I had the same issue on my Laptop and this solved my error :)

EDIT: Nah too early for party :(

I have new error :(
What works:
PC connects via remote to Laptop -> Working Perfect
Laptop connects via remote to PC -> Not Working, PC is marked as Offline

Both have no anti virus and no firewall and they are in the same network
Any suggestions?
