Timeout connecting - unable to connect

Using multiple connections - different ISP - VPNS -Tunnels to rule out ports no connections

I used other RDP clients

Splashtop - connected
Chrome Remote desktop - connected
Teamviewer - connected

So whats the deal Mirillis???????????????

Teamviewer - connected
Chrome Remote desktop - connected

Remote Action - Nope not at all
Well it shows device as "Online" but when i try to connect it either says No signal - Disconnect or on android it shows nothing at all !


What is this ? 19th sentury ?

Pc specs:
OS: Windows 8.1 Pro x64
GPU: Geforce GTX 950 CPU: AMD FX - 4130
Ram: 8 GB DDR3

network is good too ...

Probably using crappy servers - during peak hours "we will see a bottle-neck effect"
