Problem subscribing after trial period expired

Hi,

My Son has used the trial version of Remote Action which has now expired - when trying to pay for a 1 month scubscription I am being asked for the Action ID, I have followed the instructions but cannot start Action to get the ID as it says that it has expired - any ideas please?
