Connection Failed! (Your Subscription has expired.)

Hey there, I having trouble with my subscription. I just bought it on March 29th because I wanted to try out Remote Action with my tablet. For whatever reason I always get the "Connection Failed! (Your Subscription has expired.)" message when I open Action on my PC. I've contacted support a couple days ago and haven't heard anything so I thought I wold try here instead. Thanks
