Wow, what have I got myself into.

Today I purchased Action! and there is no sound in any program except the native Action video player. I am recording AVI at 60FPS.

Also, half the time I try to start the program it does not start. It appears in my task manager as running, but it is nowhere to be found.

Fantastic.

Why did you assume that this is Action fault? At first check your other applications for lowered volume or other factors that could affect the audio sound.

Because it only happens with files that are recorded by Action that's why. There are no lowered volume setting anywhere.

Also I just tried recording my live desktop and it records...and records and records.

F9 does not stop recording, nothing does. I can't pull the control panel back up no matter what I do, can't switch to Action even using task manager. The little screen in the top right corner is there, recording, I have to force quit to make it stop.

I think I'm going to go about trying to get my money back. Especially as I see there is an attitude by the customer support.
