Action! Exported video problem

Hello.
I have big problem with exported video with Action!.
My performance to export video:
- 1080p (High Profile)
- Normal quality
- Mbitrate default (~20)
My performace to record video:
- 60 fps , high quality, original size

My problem:
After exporting my video file to mp4 format, my file size is 80 mb.. in export window is written file size ~930 mb (22%).
My video lenght before export is 5 minutes, after export is ~20 seconds.

What I should do ?

I really want use Action! to record my movies from game (by using that program i dont have problem with fps rate as i got by using BandiCam or Fraps)...
