MA! Problems need fixing a.s.a.p‏ (INVESTIGATING)

Dear assistant:

My specs:
Win Vista HP SP2 64bit
Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T9550 @ 2.66GHz (2 CPUs, ~2.7GHz)
ATI Mobility Radeon HD3650
500GB (5,400rpm) HDD
4GB Ram

MA! crashes when I try to close the application. When I close it via "Windows Task Manager" and restart it, it won't work. The frames per second indicator would be missing and I would not be able to record in windows or in game.
For me to fix it (temporarily), I needed to restart my PC and start MA! again. But when I'm done and close it, it crashes, every time.

Below are a few details I would like to see improved in the new patch.

1) Please release a more reliable version so it does not crash when I try to close it.
2) "Average Frames Per Second" display is a kind of nuance to me. It takes up space and doesn't look good. If not remove it completely in the new patch at least add the option to disable "Average Frames per second". Removing the "Av FPS" would look alot cleaner and classier.
3) The in game FPS update rate is kind of slow. Please take a look at FRAPS (*link removed*) and make your FPS update rate the same as if not better than theirs.

Currently I have changed back to FRAPS because I have never had any problems with it.

Can you please describe more detailed when Action! crashes?
Does it happen when you close application like a game or when you close Action!?

Do you close via task manager only Action! exe or also all other Action! processes?
Do you use the latest 1.3.0 version?

Ad 2) we plan to make more minimal HUD versions in the future as an option
Ad 3) we also consider to make more frequent HUD refresh as an option. We consider to make it
as many frames as possible or to limit it to in example 3 updates/s as lots of updates makes
HUD digits very hard to read.

It crashes when I try to close it normally via the red cross on the top right corner of the latest version of MA!
I always close my programs that way. I only used task manager to force it close because MA! says "not responding" when I try to close it the normal way.
Can you fix this please in your next patch?
Also the recording quality of gameplay is kind of washed compared to FRAPS's avi format.
Please also improve the recording quality in your next patch. I don't mind large files. I can always compress it. Recording quality needs to be as original as possible.

I would advise adding a "pause" option when recording. And the MA icon in the task bar needs a "Exit" option plus shortcuts to all 5 sections in the MA window. Currently there is only "Open" option. Or even better there should an option for the user to select how many sections they can add in task bar shortcut.

Update:

I re-installed my system + all drivers & updates then re-installed MA.
It still crashes when I close it. However if I don't use it, I.e no recording, or perform tasks. It can close without crashing. But if I recorded a gameplay, compressed(exported) a video etc it will crash when I'm done and try to close it. Note: I never tried to close it while it had unfinished tasks.

Also please make a format that's editable in Sony Vega Pro. i.e Because the current format used by MA can't be imported to it.
