Overexposure when recording HDR games

OS: Windows 11 pro 23H2
Video Card: 3080Ti laptop GPU
Memory: 64 GB
Monitor Resolution: 3840x2160 120hz 10bit
Video Type: MP4
Action! version:4.39.1
GAME:StarlitSeason (force auto hdr)
Recording a DX12 game with HDR turned on will result in overexposure. It happens to me with OBS but can be fixed by modifying the color space to srgb. But there doesn't seem to be an option for this in Action!
