Action! crashing on warzone with 4090

Hey guys, been using Action! for years now using my 3090, i upgraded to a 4090 recently and now I am crashing everytime I open Action! when playing on Warzone 2. Any ideas what's causing this? I am playing at maxed out graphics now instead of high graphics settings when I had a 3090. Could that be a problem when recording? Any help is appreciated! TIA!
