Screen Mode Audio Delay

Does anyone else experience audio delays when using Screen Mode on long recording sessions eg. 1 hour+. There's like a 2-3 second Audio Delay and I can't pinpoint the exact cause. Anything less than an hour it's fine but after that the audio delays. Surely my system is more than capable of handing 1080p 30FPS recording.
5900X
2080 Ti
32GB RAM
NVME SSD
Action v4.27.0
List of troubleshooting methods:
-Change video quality from Ultra to High to Normal.
-Change to CPU Encoding (No audio delay but frame freezes from time to time, it's like dropping frames)
-Change to NVENC
-Monitoring temps/specs with HWINFO for any abnormalities
-16-bit 48khz Speaker and Microphone
Currently testing:
-Changing bitrate from 100% to 50%
If problem persists, next troubleshooting method:
-Use FICV Codec
UPDATE: I stopped using Screen Mode and just use OBS Instead for this as it has no delays regardless of how long I record.
