Camera only too dark!!

I have no problem with gameplay video, it's all good , but I am having problems trying to record myself via camera.
I usually play in low light , using the preview webcam I can see myself clearly but when I record it's almost total darkness! Am I doing something wrong?
p.s. Program came up in the last 2 or 3 months... Tried to work around it but failed...

Greetings!
I own the logitech c920 camera, it is areally good with everything I am using in low light situations except when paired with action! When playing games and recording gameplay the camera pointing at me is almost pitch black . Is there a way to set camera sensitivity or any other setting that might help me?

Please update Action! to the latest version. If the issue persists then install Logitech Webcam Software for
Windows 10 or
Windows 7
