Action! creates always 256kb files

Hello everybody.
Unfortunately on my PC I cannot record anything.
All files are not valid, I tried to change the output path but the behaviour is always the same and I obtain only a file of 256Kb of length.
I have also tried to remove and reinstall the program but It's always the same story.
Please see the attached file (made by Action! versione 2.6.1.0 on my Windows 10.15063.540).
Any solution?
