Audio Not Recording no MIC or System sounds.

Hello I have used this software on and off recently in between reformatting my system and new PC builds all together and have never had this issue before.

I don't use this software a lot so I'm unsure when or what is causing this issue..

When I record game play or desktop I get no sound from system default to selecting my individual speakers/mic.

Steps I have taken

1. Uninstalled software
2. made sure I was recording from the right source 100% Double check that.
3.made sure I'm not splitting the audio and have changed so many audio settings around plus uninstalled over and over with no help on fixing the issue.

Programs That I use that might cause a issue not sure is called Voice Meter and VBcable they are software and sound driver enhanced audio feeds for higher quality voice recording. Im sure someone else uses these two programs with milrilis action.

OTHER RECORDING SOFTWARE NOT EFFECTED
Bandicam
SHADOW PLAY
both record sound and video no issues at all!

I recently bought milrilis because i liked the way it HUD UI while recording and worked with social media plus it seems like it gets regular updates so maybe its a glitch..


SYSTEM main specs

CPU - i7 -7700k
GPU - GTX 1070
RAM - 32 DD4 3200MHz
OS and ACTION are installed on a SSD while recording to a 4TB HDD
