High CPU load in Idle

Sun Aug 06, 2017 6:26 pm

Hi, sometimes, when action is started, it uses a lot of my CPU. Sometimes it goes down to 0% when I start Recording but most of the time, it stays in high load, so that i have to close it, to be able to play the game. Sometimes everything goes well. Im not able to figure out when which situation is present or what causing this issue. Any ideas!?

Please try following steps below to completely re-install Action. You will need your serial number to activate your product again.
1. Uninstall Action!
2. Press Start and then type "Regedit" in search and press Enter.
3. Go to the following path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Mirillis/
4. Remove Action! catalog.
5. Reboot your PC.
6. Install Action! again. Make sure that your installer file comes from official website - www.mirillis.com (if you have not purchased Action! through Steam).
You can activate Action! with the same serial number as before.

These steps should restore your Action! settings to default.

Thanks,

I think that resolved the issue. Tested it since you replied to me. BUT .. now I have another issue. I have massive framedrop in PUBG, also in "idle". For example, I have 2 screens, left screen is the game running, right screen is Action! startet. When I now klick the mouse in the right screen, the small HUD from Action! says 70-90 FPS. When I klick now the left screen, to focus the game, it drops to 20-25 FPS WITHOUT recording yet. Yesterday, I tried Action! after 2 hours gaming again, and had no framedrops. Nothing changed in the meanwhile :?:

If you want me to post some settings, just tell me.

Thanks

Think I can "fix" it. When I click "active monitor" and back to "game mode" the frames stays as they should!
