can't record system and microphone at the same time

So basically when i try to record some gameplay it will record either my system audio or my microphone i changed the settings many times and it didn't change anything, the only thing that changes which audio i record is the part in the screenshot here http://prntscr.com/g1rg41 if i change it to system sounds it changes and same with the microphone but there's another tab with the same settings, and i change that to a different one than the first one it records only the first one.

Hello,
go to Action! main tab and select "Microphone" checkbox and set it to "Always Record".
In Audio Settings tab select your speakers/headphones and in Microphone Settings tab select your microphone.
Make sure that mic volume is not set to 0% and "Record microphone into separate audio track" feature is disabled.

It didn't work :/ It still recorded only the speaker sounds not the micrphone
