Makes dota 2 lag? [Solved]

Action! makes Dota 2 lag.. I thought it might have been the HUD, but it isnt. When I hide the HUD it still lags, I am not even recording. I tried to change from borderless to fullscreen and it still lags.
Any way to solve this?
This has been a problem for pretty damn long..
Edit: I also get stutters in Warframe, its funny though, cuz I recoreded CS:GO yesterday and I didn't feel any lag there..
Does steam overlay make the game lag if Action! is open?
Fixed: The problem was time-shift mixed with hardware acceleration being disabled. I simply turned Nvidia Nvenc on and it fixed.
