Audio Problem - Muffled sound in recorded video

Hello
I have a problem which i seem not to be able to resolve at all. No matter what settings i use in Action and no matter what i change outside of it.
The sound in my recorded video is like ??muffled?? Just sounds awkward.
Do anyone has the same problem or had it and fixed it ?
It's realy irritating how it sounds ;/
