My Action crashes at the end of each recording

every time i hit the record button for a second time action just crashes and my my video corrupts and with avi my video corrupts but action does not crash crash, so basically they both corrupt my video files i have nividea geoforce 980 as my graphics card and i use windows 10 my hardware acceleration in mirillis is nividia nevnc hevc
