I have the Logitech BRIO 4k webcam and every time I try to capture the video Action shuts down as soon as I press record. It the starts up again and has changed any settings back to default. It works fine capturing the webcam when I change the resolution to 1080p.
I currently have the trial software but would like to purchase if I can get the 4k recording working.
