Change the filename format?

Is there a way to change the filenames given to files? I'm mainly interested in screenshots. The format is [day-month-year] and I need it to be [year-month-day] (like other programs do it).
For example, how it is now: "name 01-05-2017 23-09-04-669.png"; how I want it to be: "name 2017-05-01 23-09-04-669.png". That way, the files will be in chronological order automatically. With your current system, files created on 1 May come BEFORE 30 April.
Thank you.

Hello,
unfortuantely you can not change hat format. But if you want your files to be in chronological order then sort them by a date.

I know I can change them by date, that's not the point. I'm just wondering why Action! feels the need to do things differently, when every other program got the filename format right? When I have over 2000 screenshots, I cannot be expected to change each of their filenames manually.
May I suggest changing the default filename format? I've explained the advantages. Sorting by date just isn't an option if the file somehow loses the modification date.
