Not recording Full Screen X Plane 11

It seems Action! cannot record full screen videos when X Plane 11 is run in non-windowed, full screen mode. It just produces an empty video. I am running on Windows 10, NVIDIA 1050 TI, full screen resolution 1920x1200 and the latest Action! update.

It is because Action! does not support Vulkan apps and can not hook up directly into the game.
