Problems with video recording

Wed Mar 22, 2017 11:52 am

Hello, this is my first time on Mirillis Forum.
Well, I'm facing some problems when I try to record videos on my PC.

Problem 1
Having set (AVI, Original = 1080p, 60FPS, Video Quality = High, Use all Cores), all recorded videos finishes at slow motion speed, specialy when I visualize frames in movement (ie = youtube videos, movies...).
I have changed FPS, video resolution, uncheck 'use all cpu cores', video quality, but nothing. Every time I try to record the desktop the final video I get is in slow motion, longer than expected (time duration = slow motion), and with no sound.

Problem 2
Can't use MP4 format. I tried all 4 available options (deactivate, intel quick sync video, nvidia nvenc & nvidia nvenc hevc) from aceleration feature, changed recording resolution, and same from Problem 1.
In addition, when Action! seems that finished desktop recording, it gets locked (no response), and if I don't finish the process manually it restarts by itselft, and the recorded file saves as corrupted.

I don't what happend. With older versions of Action! I didn't have any problems, but now I can't use the primary option = Record Videos. If it helps you here you have my basic PC specifications:
- MSI GE62 2QF (laptop)
- Windows 8.1 Pro (updated)
- CPU i7 5700hq 3.7Ghz (maximum)+ Throtlle Temp disable
- 16GB RAM
- GTX 970M (2GB)
