error in saving/exporting

When I record a video from game using "Active Screen" mode, it saves the video with no audio and sound. When I start up the game and start recording, it works, but when I record second video, it hasn't got audio.
When I record a video from other game using Active Screen mode again, it speeds up the video.
When I record anyfing else, it's ok.
I don't know, what's the problem.
