I am having trouble with action. There is NO lag at all but as soon as I move my character it gets a un crisp?

Also I tried playing around with the bitrate but nothing seems to be working! Any help? Thank you so much!!!

Hello,
try update your AMD video drivers.
Try recording in AVI and check if problem persits.

My videos are alll pixely?
