YouTube Not Receiving Encoder Data

Hello,

Everytime I attempt to stream a video game through Youtube, YouTube does not pick up data from the encoder, Action!. Action! itself says I am streaming everytime I press ctrl+F9, but nothing ever makes it to YouTube.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello! I have exactly the same problem.
In Streaming YouTube or twitch.tv do not receive any data

The button that indicates the Streaming (Live) is however clearly visible on Action
