So i haven't experienced this problem til a couple of months ago. I would record using mp4 and get a recording that was very laggy and inconsistent. However my recordings are perfectly good quality in AVI. But I just don't want to deal with the larger file sizes. Can someone explain what is going on? P.S I have already Updated, Reverted Back to old updates, Uninstalled, and Reinstalled everything.
