Action does not start

To whom it may concern in mirillis,

A newly updated Action version does not open. It used to run smoothly until the new version was released. Our computer specs are Windows 10 Home, Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20 GHz

I hope to get information of how to fix the problem.

I used my credit card to buy Action again. Even with a newly paid version Action did not start. I would be happy, if the new paid amount will not be charged from my credit card.

Hello,

please install version 2.2.1 of Action and check if problem still persists.
