Getting ridiculous frame drops recording.

Just going to post some videos to show what I mean, as it's a bit odd.
Running benchmark in the game (Normally runs 300fps)

Recording in game replay

When recording the game replay I tabbed out into task manager which wasn't recorded, and cpu usage was up to about 80% with action being about 65% of total cpu usage. When I decided to try and get video evidence of it though when writing this post, the cpu usage only rose to about 60% and the gameplay recording was much smoother, although definitely not perfect.
Anybody got any idea of what's going on?
