Mirillis Action 2.0.7.0 mp4 lagging

Hello guys my english litle bad but i have one problem MP4 recording without nvidia nvenc,only cpu have a problem with lagging why? recording 60fps but in the game full lag 20fps fps........why?another program bandicam same settings have no problem thanks
