Action Crashes After Updating 2.0.x (Windows 7)

Since updating to 2.0.x action will show the splash screen, and then the main screen will come up for a split second before crashing. It keeps relaunching and recrashing until I delete the process from the task manager. I've tried re-installing it, deleting the files, restarting, re-installing.. etc. and nothing has helped so far :c Any help?
OS: Windows 7
GPU: AMD HD Radeon 6450
CPU: Core i5 @ 3.1GHz
One 1080p dell monitor and a small side acer one

Do you have latest drivers installed for your graphic hardware?

I just checked and yes, I do.
If you didn't already see I made 2 posts about the same issue because the first one I posted didn't show up and I did not know it had to be approved so I posted the second one. You can delete the other one if you want c:

Do you use regular or hardware accelerated MP4 format?

I'm not completely sure what you mean by that sorry, if you mean file output I have it set to .avi due to issues with mp4 before

Which format MP4, MP4 NVENC, MP4 AMD APP or MP4 Intel Quick Sync have you used before when your issue occurred?

I ve got a pretty same issue here and wrote a post about that wasn't published. Hope I'll get better chance here
Here was my post :
Action opens and closes in a loop. The only way to stop that constant loading/crashing is to end the loop using the task manager. Every ver. 2.X of Action is crashing so far... Any help ?
I'm on Win 10 with nvidia GeForce GTX 960M

I only have mp4 and avi available as options, I had had issues with both of them before. I emailed support but I wasn't able to fix the problem, a update came out that fixed avi, I didn't try mp4 much so I'm not sure if it was back to normal or not so I've been using avi since then and exporting to mp4 afterwards

Please check if you are not launching Action in compatibility mode with lower Windows version than your current.
