Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
I’ve got a very disappointing problem if I try to start Action.
The error msg itself is attached as picture.
Things I tried to fix it myself:
- Reinstall of action (also older versions of action)
- Full uninstall (including registry)
- Moving the folder around (action is installed in “program files (x86)”, if you move it to “program files” the start picture shows up but nothing opens)
The System is a notebook with W10 x64 home, CPU is a AMD A10, GPU is a 280XM (or something like that).
Hope for a fast answer cause the program is unusable atm.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
Ich habe ein schwerwiegendes Problem mit Ihrer Software Action.
Die Fehlermeldung befindet sich als Bild im Anhang dieser E-Mail.
Dinge die ich versuche habe:
- Neuinstallation (auch ältere Versionen)
- Vollständiges Deinstallieren (inkl. Registry)
- Ordner entsprechend der Fehlermeldung verschoben (hilft nur bedingt weil dennoch kein Start möglich)
Das System ist ein MSI GX70 mit AMD A10 und 280XM (oder vergleichbares), als Betriebssystem wird Windows 10 x64 in der Home Variante eingesetzt.
Ich hoffe auf eine schnelle Reaktion Ihrerseits da leider das Programm im aktuellen Zustand unbrauchbar ist.
