Request: MP4 Options Codec

Hi, I write these lines added to the configuration options when recording, if we have two graphics cards in SLI or we use the GPU just for playing and recording with the CPU.

Improve recording options:
- Select Recording Codec, and their options in Video Recording Window (Pop-up windows).
- Selection of Rate Control: VBR or CBR.
- Method Recording: For Dual SLI-Crossfire GPU select with/without CPU.
- Method Codec: AVCHD, AVC-Intra 2K and XAVC-Intra 4K.
