Action! can't use my logitech c920 webcam

I just bought a logitech c920 webcam. I have the option to choose this webcam in Action! webcam setting. However, when I click the preview box besides "16:9 -> 4:3", it cannot show the webcam. Of course it cannot show when I record either. I have already disable "Use perfect Video Match mode" and enable "Record mouse cursor". I have already re-install Action!. Plz help.
