Supported Quick Sync IGPUs?

I have been looking at parts for a new PC and I have my eyes on the Intel Xeon E3-1245V3. It has Intel HD Graphics P4600. It says that this IGPU supports quick sync on the Intel website, but on the Action! page it only shows i3, i5, and i7. Is the P4600 a supported IGPU? This answer will completely influence my build. Thank you to anyone who knows!

Your hardware need to support both integrated graphics (chipset) and intel quick sync technology (processor). You can check both here: http://ark.intel.com/
