Record video only game sound and Audio Teamspeak and such

I've been searching all over the forums and manual to manage the following:

Using the 'video recording' tool to record video gameplay ONLY with the game sound
And using the 'audio recording' tool to record game sounds as well as other 3rd party sounds like teamspeak and such. (why I chose to record game sounds and 3rd party sounds is because then I can manage other things while editing)

Any help is greatly appreciated!
