Action! not working on Windows 8?

I started the same topic before, but can't see it, so I need to write it again:

I have the test version of Action! and it doesn't start on Windows 8. You find a lot ppl on google who have the same or similar issues, but I don't see any fix or help from Miribilis? Can anyone point me to a real solution please?
