Problem with sound (crackle)

Hi there, sorry if my english is not good enough but ill try

im using mirillis action for a long long time with an outstanding result but recently the software is starting to make strange thing about the audio.

Sometimes the audio become cracled (only on the microphone audio) and its completely useless cause its a complete mess of sound/mute per second. I use a usb blue snowball microphony and its work correctly using other kind of softwares like audacity and others. But now when i use action it becomes so deteriorate to even use or repair for a proper use.

there is something i must do or config? im using the last version of the software and have enabled the option to "have the sound into a separate file" cause i really need that to the kind of video I record...
