Premiere and Vegas crash on export.

I currently have the trial version and testing out the Action product. I really like, so far the best of all I have tested. But, I cannot render out my clips and I will not purchase unless I know it works. I tried using premiere CS6, just exporting the media right from premiere, it crashes at 40%. I tried using media encoder, crashes at 40%. Tried using CS5.5 on another computer, same. I just downloaded a trial of Sony Vegas and crashes at 40% as well. I have tried a variety of export settings and all render the same results, even tried some adobe fixes online. Not to mention Premiere cs5.5 didn't recognize the codec, so I wouldn't be able to even edit using premiere(media encoder recognized it).

My action settings are AVI @1080p 60fps. I cannot record in mp4, my fps is too low and I need 1080. Any suggestions on how to get this to render or how to get these software's to support these codecs?
