Webcam Not Recording

I have recently decided to record my face-cam in my videos, so i followed the tutorials on the action website, i am using a Microsoft lifecam vx-1000, but when i record the face cam does not show up in the video but the light on the web cam is on and in the display format preview it is just fine, could somebody please help. Thank you

Thank you for your comment, i have tried recording in MP4 and it has worked, is it possible to make it work in AVI format.

Yes. Uninstall Action!. Clean your registry from all Action! entries (HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Mirillis/). Reset your PC, make sure that there's no any video application running like Windows Media Player or something. Install Action! again.
