Well, youtube added support for FRAPS raw files, not the other way around. So this situation would be the same. If it has enough demand, it might be added, or if devs request it. Though it's unlikely to happen anytime soon or at all.
Either way, they wouldn't tell you about it.

Thank you all! I did some tests on your advice. But still to this turns into a "dancing with a tambourine." Easier for me to capture the video and immediately put on youtube, and now I have to add to this process the conversion to mp4, and it's too much time.

Good day!
Tried your suggestions ... And the result of my steps:
1. Capture video of 1920x1080 60fps - 38 min
2. Converted to Auto profail (best settings) - about 50 minutes
3. Connect the video segments and export with avidemux - about 6 min
4. Uploading to YouTube - time did not measure.
5. Mp4 format obscures (darker) the picture in youtube compared with the original - not good.

Ideal for me:
1. Capture video of 1920x1080 60fps - 38 min
2. Connect the video segments and export with VirtualDub - about 6 min
3. Start Upload to YouTube and go quietly to work
4. While I drive to work - all filled, and at work can only edit the names and publish videos.
A minimum of effort with excellent quality.
Is such an option is not possible to carry out ?

If Youtube is giving you trouble when you upload MP4 files you joined then copied to a new file with AVI Demux, try re-encoding only the audio (choose AAC instead of Copy) - this is still much faster than re-encoding the video as well.

I have no such problems.

I do not want to use the MP4 encoding (as the capture format - there is no way), I want to upload to youtube 1080p video captured with FICV codec.

Not really. Action! uses its own video codec, fraps doesn't. That's why fraps raw files are uploading fine.
