Problem with rendering Action! files in Sony Vegas

Thu Nov 17, 2011 9:25 am

Hey guys,

I am thinking of buying Action, because I am very pleased with how it works with my computer. I only ahve one problem though, after I export my files to .mp4 format and then trying to render them in Sony Vegas the final output is extremely choppy and flicker's quite much. I've tried all kinds of format mpg (both 1 and 2), avi, wmv, mov, mp4. None of them worked very good. I have managed to create and render files before flawlessly, its just these files converted from the .fic format. Have I missed something completely?

This happens to me if I select not "Auto" profile. With "Auto" everything seems to work perfectly...

P.s. some kind of rocket since was there... But it still can be useful :) http://pastebin.com/1e0uxeY3

We will try to check out this, but it seems to be a problem in Vegas as exported files play fine with dozes of media players and portable and nonportable devices.

DirectShow FIC decoder should solve problems like this in the future.
