Format fic, other video editing software can edit its?.
Сonversion to lossy format is not convenient for me.
In a future version, could you add a conversion to a lossless formats(for example, H264 lossless).

On the web site it says that Action will export files to mp4 format. Does the current version do that? I don't see how to make it export. I do have Splash Pro EX but was wondering if Action will export video.

By the way, great job on the software. It blows away FRAPS.

FIC cannot be edited with 3rd party software unless we release directshow filter.
This is planned for a future. We also plan to add recording in loseless format and add high quality preset (now only normal and low are available). This is all planned for future versions. We have not planned adding export to loseless format but we will note this suggestion.

Thank you for your feedback!
To export video recording select recording on the list and click EXPORT icon (the last one) in the bottom of the window.
Soon we will add right mouse button menu for items on the list.

What about direct encode using Intel QS when capturing video?
It think it could increase recording speed even more on machines with Intel SB processors (by the cost of quality, of course).
Desktop (Intel i7-970, ATI 5870, Windows 7 x64)
Acer Aspire TimelineX 3830TG (Intel i5-2410M, nVidia GT540M, Windows 7 x64)
PS Vita, Nokia N8
