I used to be able to email support to get my code back because i've had the software do this multiple times but now i can't get the activation code. Apparently the information i gave them doesn't line up or doesn't provide enough to show that i bought it. Is there another way i can prove i bought it or do i have to buy the software again. Any help would be appreciated.
