Action! Synchro Issue

Sat Sep 24, 2016 1:48 pm

When I try to record after an NVIDIA Drivers update, my Action! doesn't sync the audio anymore. I record with MP4 (NVIDIA@ NVENC)

OS: Windows 10 Anyversary Version
Video Card: NVIDIA 760 GTX
Memory: 12GB
Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Video Editor: Adobe Premire Pro CC 2015
Game Problem: Overwatch, Flat Kingdom, Smite, The Crew: Wild Run and others...
Video Type: MP4 (All types of it)

Edit: I don't understand, when I watch in Action player, the sound seems synced, but when I try to edit, it is desynchronized.

Well after long days without any help from support and forum, I found the problem, it's the gaming mode, when you record with it, it's recording with an variable framerate that makes Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015 don't sync the audio with video, when you record with the Active Screen option, Action! records with a constant 60fps, then when you put in Premiere, the audio are fixed.

So, if anyone are having the same problem, I hope that works for you too.

See you guys,
Pain.
