Incompatibility issues with the latest AMD drivers

I recently installed the new Radeon Software Crimson, and now I'm having some big compatibility problems with Action!.

It worked mostly fine in Game mode (Timeshift causes the game to CTD), but in Desktop mode the entire driver will just shut down and Windows will go to Windows Basic (which apparently still exists for Win10) and Action! will freeze.

Now I can't open Action! at all without having the driver crash on me and thus freezing Action!.

Specs:

CPU: i5-2400

GPU: R9 280X

RAM: 12GB DDR3

OS: Win10 Pro 64bit

Driver: 15.11.1 (Beta)

Action!: 1.29.0.
