Action! On Top Left Of Screen. No title bar.

So recently, my Action! program started to be on the top left of my main screen and I cannot see the title bar making it unable to move OR click out or minimize. I tried Alt+Space+M, I tried arrow keys, everything. NOTHING WORKS. Please help.
