Microphone not recording during gameplay recording

Thu Jul 30, 2015 4:53 pm

I just downloaded the Action! 30 day demo and love the quality of the gameplay that is recorded, but my voice is not recording during the recording though I have the setting as "Always Record" under Microphone. Please advise.

Choose your mic to primary recording device in Windows Sound settings Recording tab.

I figured it out. It might be posted somewhere, but all I had to do was hit "A" during the playback to hear the microphone recording. It also there when I put it in vegas to edit.

Problem solved.

That's how it works. "Record microphone into separated audio track" feature t creates an additional audio track in your video file. It does not create any additional file. While you are playing back your video file you will hear only one audio path at time because there is no mixing in real time during playback. To switch between active audio track press "A" like you have mentioned..
