Action! Freezes on Stop

Hi, I've been having this problem for a month or two now. When I STOP the recording with F9, 1 out of about 4 or 5 times the program will freeze and causes me to have a corrupt video file. It doesn't matter on which game. I read some people saying they solved it by reverting to old graphic driver. Which I tries, revert both Nvidia and Intel drivers but didn't work. Recording still froze causing a corrupt video.

I didn't report before because I was playing games with manual saving so I could just go back and replay. But I am reporting now cuz I'm playing a game that uses auto-saving so I either lost that part I just recorded or I have to restart all over.

Has this problem been reported before? Any solution yet? Thanks.

OS: Windows 8.1
Video Card: Nvidia 680M
Memory: 16 GB
Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Video Type: MP4
