How to extract the Audio from MP4?

Hello Support,

I tried now every "solution" I could find at the board, still nothing worked. I recored a MP4 with seperate mic audiotrac. Both audiotracs (system and mic) are recorded - because I can listen to them in Action (press a). Now, Ulead Power Director doesn't recognize the second audiotrac, so I try to exctract them.
->VB (virtuel Dub) can't open MP4
->The tool (ffmpeg/aae) posted on this forum produces non functioning audiotracs (no sound, crashes my video editing software and VLC Player)
->VLC Player can't extract the files eather
->Dxtory doesn't work with MP4 I am afraid.

ANY solution? Thank you in Advance for your help!

There's no option to extract only audio, but try this:

Open the video, press A to hear ur mic voice and re-record it with audio function.
